114th Express Entry Draw: 3,350 ITAs Announced for Canadian PR -4th April, 2019

114th Canada Express Entry
The 7th Express Entry draw of 2019 conducted recently, with 3,350 applicants set to get an invitation to apply for Canada immigration. The cut-off threshold of Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for the Apr 3 draw was 451 points, expressing a small decrease since the early draw has taken place on March 20, where applicants with 452 or higher CRS points were invited.

A tie-break rule was utilized for the Apr 3 draw, implying that not all applicants with 451 CRS points may get an ITA. As multiple applicants may have 451 points of CRS score, those applicants who had their profile in the pool prior to Jan 9, 2019, at 07:35:09 UTC were preferred.

24,550 invitations declared so far in 2019 looks to be one more great year for the Federal Express Entry as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (I.R.C.C) issuing a greater number of invitations to reach its targets of economic immigration. It may result in a decline in the CRS cut-off threshold.

Canadian Express Entry CRS

The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) is a score out of 1,200 practiced in bench-marking Canadian economic applicants upon one another. It’s a part of the process in the Express Entry, which was launched in January 2015 to process the applications of permanent residence.

The score is utilized as a cut-off point in the Federal Express Entry draws. It is intended to project a candidate’s possibility of being economically strong in Canada.

To access the pool, applicants need to be qualified below either Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class, or the Federal Skilled Worker Class. Candidates who get a provincial nomination by one of the Express Entry-connected Provincial Nominee Program (P.N.P) streams get 600 supplementary CRS points and an ITA at a following draw from the pool.
