The province of Nova Scotia has decided to issue invitations to EE candidates having work experience of Early Childhood Educators and Assistants on August 8th. It will use the new Labor Market Priorities Stream and also select such candidates, in the EE system who will meet the needs of the provincial labor market.
It has announced that eligible candidates having a minimum work experience of two years in the NOC 4214 can receive the invitation to apply seeking the provincial nomination on August 8th.
Furthermore the first draw to be held on August 8th will attract Early Childhood Educators, but in future draws there is likely to be a target for other occupations.
The New Labor Market Priorities Stream adopts the innovative and flexible approach to address market demands by actively seeking needy and skilled professionals in specified sectors.
EE candidates who get the approval of the nomination from the province get 600 additional points in their EE CRS score and move ahead to get the invitation to apply for PR in a later draw.
